I AUTHORIZE
NAX B – Nordic Alliance X Business (Tax Code and VAT number 12588571005), with registered office in Salita San Nicola da Tolentino, 1 / B, Rome (RM), pursuant to art. 10 of the Civil Code and art. 1, 96 and 97 of Law 633/41, to use or, by way of example but not limited to acquire, store in the company database, publish, exploit, adapt, modify, reproduce, disseminate, transfer and / or license to third parties, for promotional purposes relating to the products and services of NAX B – Nordic Alliance X Business, my image and / or images of the places, including those of a private residence, and the relative photographic material, video and / or audio recordings, even if made by authorized third parties.
The images will be used by NAX B – Nordic Alliance X Business for the implementation of the initiatives listed below:
- Initiatives, events, projects and activities related to the improvement objectives of the brand “awareness”, that is the reputation of the NAX B – Nordic Alliance X Business brand also, but not exclusively, with reference to eco-sustainable solutions;
- Company initiatives aimed at advertising brands and products;
- Any other promotional initiative including publication on its social channels, as part of advertising campaigns and press communications.
These materials may be used by NAX B – Nordic Alliance X Business, by employees, agents, third party suppliers acting within the scope of the above activities, by licensees, assignees, transferees and/or assignees, (“Related Parties“), without limitation of method (e.g. through web channels, social, radio, media, television, newspapers, applications, publications, etc.), without limitation of territory, duration and frequency of use, with any and the broadest faculty of adaptation/modification and editing that may be necessary and/or appropriate.
This authorization may be revoked at any time by written communication to be sent by ordinary mail addressed to the company NAX B – Nordic Alliance X Business.
The release of this authorization to use the images is necessary to implement the initiatives listed above and any refusal would result in the failure to implement the initiatives listed above
In the meantime,
I DECLARE
that they have not granted any rights to third parties that conflict with the above declaration and that they have no claims against the company NAX B – Nordic Alliance X Business or any of the Related Parties for the use of the material as described in this disclaimer. It is understood that any use of the material that may prejudice the honour, reputation, decorum and dignity of the Interested Party is forbidden. I also declare to exonerate NAX B – Nordic Alliance X Business and the Related Parties from any liability and expressly indemnify for damage to my name and / or image and / or reputation that may derive from a use of the aforementioned material by third parties.
Finally, I expressly declare and agree to indemnify, defend and indemnify NAX B – Nordic Alliance X Business and the Related Parties from any own or third party claims, which may be put in place now or in the future for violation of privacy, right of publicity, copyright infringement, defamation or for any other cause deriving from the use, exploitation, reproduction, distribution and transmission, or display of your personal data.
FURTHER I DECLARE
– to have acknowledged the Privacy information pursuant to art. 13 Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (“Information”);
– to have been informed by the organizer that their personal data and their image will be used exclusively for the obligations related to the initiative, as indicated in the aforementioned Information;
– to also renounce present and future copyrights by authorizing the use of the images reproduced for the sole purpose of the initiative;
– to be aware that the company NAX B – Nordic Alliance X Business will not be able to intervene to remove images already published in the manner and for the aforementioned purposes; This authorization does not allow the use of the image in contexts that prejudice personal dignity and decorum and, in any case, for use and / or purposes other than those indicated above.
