NAX B – Nordic Alliance X Business, with registered office in Rome, Salita San Nicola da Tolentino, 1/B, Roma (RM), as personal data controller (hereinafter “Data Controller” or “NAX B”), which can be contacted by e-mail at info@naxb.it – pursuant to Legislative Decree 196/2003, as subsequently amended and supplemented (hereinafter “Privacy Code”) and the General Regulation on the Processing of Personal Data 679/2016/EU (hereinafter “European Regulation” or “GDPR”) informs you that your personal data will be processed according to the following purposes.

NAX B will collect the following categories of personal data
- your identification data (name, surname, address, email, telephone and mobile phone, place and date of birth, identification codes including fiscal code);
- your image and/or images of the places of your private dwelling as may be taken by NAX B through video cameras and/or cameras;
(hereinafter “Personal Data“).
- Purposes of the processing
The processing consists in the realisation of images, filming and videos for dissemination purposes and for the realisation of initiatives, events, projects and activities related to the objectives of improving brand “awareness”, i.e. the reputation of the NAX B – Nordic Alliance X Business brand, including, but not limited to, reference to environmentally sustainable solutions; of corporate initiatives aimed at advertising brands and products, as well as for the realisation of promotional and marketing initiatives, including the publication on its social channels, as part of advertising campaigns and press releases.
Video footage and photographs may be published, with prior consent, on the web, social networks and in any other media, such as radio, TV, newspapers, magazines, brochures, catalogues and/or other printed promotional material, as well as any other digital media, as well as can be stored in the company database.
- Legal basis of the processing
The consent of the interested party provides the legal basis for the processing. The provision of the requested data is mandatory. The granting of consent to the use and dissemination of your data is necessary in order to carry out the above-mentioned purposes, and any refusal to do so would result in the failure to publish and communicate the videos and images that concern you on the web, social networks and any other form of digital communication. Audio/video filming and/or the carrying out of photographic services will be suitably notified in advance.
- Methods of Personal Data Processing
The personal data collected can be processed on paper or electronic media (including the company’s intranet, social media, web and apps), and in any case using suitable tools to guarantee their security and confidentiality.
- Scope of communication and transfer of Personal Data
For the purposes set out above, Personal Data may be communicated and/or transferred to the following categories of recipients, located within the European Union or outside the EU (the latter transfer being subject to appropriate safeguards under applicable law):
- duly authorised collaborators and employees of NAX B;
- third-party suppliers, duly appointed as Data Processors, who act within the scope of the purposes indicated in point 2 of this Information Notice in the field, by way of example only, of the organisation of events or filming;
- third party suppliers of support and consultancy services for NAX B, duly appointed as Data Processors, with reference to the activities referred to in this Information.
Photographic images and video recordings may, in line with the purpose of their collection, be disseminated through the various channels of the Internet, TV, radio, the press, etc.

- Rights of the data subject.
In accordance with the provisions of the GDPR, you have the right to ask the Data Controller, at any time, for access to your personal data, for a rectification or erasure of your personal data, or to object to the processing; additionally you have the right to request the restriction of processing provided for by art. 18 of the GDPR and to obtain your data in a structured commonly used and machine-readable format, in the cases provided for by art. 20 of the GDPR.

In any case, you are always entitled to lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority (Italian Personal Data Protection Authority) pursuant to art. 77 of the GDPR, if you consider that the processing of personal data infringes the existing legislation.
- Retention of Personal Data
Personal Data will be stored for the period of time necessary to achieve the purpose for which it was collected, as stated in this Information.
In the event of requests for deletion, modification or objection by the data subject, Personal Data will be stored exclusively for administrative and management purposes for a period not exceeding 30 days, without prejudice to any specific legal obligations or public security purposes. After this period, Personal Data will be permanently deleted or made anonymous. Data that cannot be controlled by the Data Controller and that are disseminated through web and social channels are excluded.
- Changes and Updates
NAX B may make changes and / or additions to this Information, also as a consequence of any subsequent amendments and / or regulatory additions. Any changes or updates to this Notice will be made available from time to time.
